The scene shows that although the body shell was broken in many places and parts were scattered across the ground, the passenger cabin stayed structurally intact and the airbags deployed properly.

At noon today, Lynk & Co issued a statement responding to the matter.
At around 6 am on October 9, a Lynk & Co 10 EM-P was driving on a national highway in Luzhou, Sichuan, when the owner, unfamiliar with the road, drifted off the roadway, rolling and falling to the bottom of a cliff with a drop of nearly 100 meters (about 328 feet).
During the fall, the corresponding airbags deployed in time and the vehicle's emergency rescue system automatically triggered, placing a voice call to the owner.
After multiple impacts and continuous rolling, the cabin remained structurally intact, the A, B and C pillars showed no deformation, the doors could still be opened normally, and the battery showed no smoke, fire, explosion or leakage.
After the accident, we launched an emergency response immediately, quickly organizing local dealers in Chengdu and Luzhou to contact the owner, visit and at the hospital, and help handle hospitalization, insurance and vehicle damage assessment.
At present, hospital examinations show the owner suffered minor scratches and a small fracture and is in good spirits, and we will keep following the owner's recovery and provide all necessary support.
The specific cause of the accident is still under further investigation by the local traffic police, and the final result will be based on their conclusions. We will actively cooperate with the relevant authorities.
