Li Auto launched the new-generation Mega Home on September 2 with just a single trim priced at 509,800 yuan (about $75,850) nationwide, with deliveries starting this week, and buyers who order now get extras like the two-tone UFO wheels while returning Li owners also get 270-degree electrochromic glass.

The Mega Home measures 5,355 mm (about 211 inches) long, 1,965 mm (about 77 inches) wide and 1,850 mm (about 73 inches) tall on a 3,300 mm (about 130 inches) wheelbase, offers five body colors including gray, silver and panda white, and gains crystal trim accents on the front and rear bumpers, a new tri-color star ring light and a 2.6-meter (about 8.5-foot) Sweet Home welcome light carpet.

Inside, the MPV packs a 29-inch 6K OLED panoramic center screen and a 21-inch 4K OLED second-row screen on a Snapdragon 8797 cockpit chip, while its driving stack runs two Mach M100 chips and four lidars with a new Mach VLA driver model, and both front rows and the second row get zero-gravity seats with a third row that heats and ventilates, plus an elephant welcome mode that lowers one side of the body on entry.

The Mega Home uses a dual-motor setup with a 155 kW (about 208 hp) front motor and a 258 kW (about 346 hp) rear motor, a 108 kWh 5C battery rated for 710 km (about 441 miles) of CLTC range and 500 km (about 311 miles) of charge in 10 minutes, plus steer-by-wire, rear-wheel steering and an 800V active anti-roll chassis.

The real news is the right-hand-drive version due by the end of the year for Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore, the first time Li Auto has pushed its flagship MPV overseas, turning a van built for Chinese families into a rolling living room aimed at right-hand-drive markets around the world.
